Purpose:
The OCASI Issues listserve provides member agencies with a forum to discuss issues and concerns in the sector, and to share response strategies. OCASI was formed in 1978to act as a collective voice for immigrant-serving agencies and to coordinate response to shared needs and concerns. OCASI is a registered charity governed by a volunteer board of directors. Its membership is comprised of more than 200 community-based organizations in the province of Ontario. OCASI believes that in cooperation with other groups and communities which promote human rights and struggle against discrimination, OCASI will see these principles realized.

OCASI is seeking proposals from qualified individual consultants or consulting firms to assist in the development of a three-year comprehensive strategic plan that will identify strategies and objectives for advancing the organization’s values, mission, services and vision for the future; will develop ways and tactics to achieve them; and will provide tools for monitoring and evaluation through implementation.
